Project Description
Performance management is a systematic process through which a business improves organizational effectiveness in the accomplishment of its missions and goals. We employ various strategies, including, but not limited to, continuous progress reviews, real-time feedback, frequent communication, employee training, goal-setting and many others to improve the efficiency of a business and promote engagement, growth and profitability.
To manage performance, the first step is to track performance through suitable metrics. We use KPIs to make qualitative and quantitative assessments of efficiency and effectiveness and ensure that all these KPIs are aligned to the organisation’s vision, mission and strategy.
